From the initial consultation, through testing directly at your facility, solution design, all the way to the final project implementation using RFID—all backed by many years of experience in implementing this technology for production monitoring and improving logistics processes. We work with both passive and active RFID tags, UHF readers, RFID gates, and middleware software that integrates data from the readers with your WMS or ERP system. No matter how specific your logistics or manufacturing process may be, we can find a way to simplify and speed it up using RFID.
What is RFID identification?
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a contactless technology for identifying objects using radio waves—a reader retrieves data stored on a memory chip (tag) without the need for direct line of sight, even when dealing with tens to hundreds of tags at once. This is precisely why it is gaining traction in warehouses, manufacturing, and logistics—areas where barcodes reach their limits.

How is the deployment of the RFID solution going here?
- Consulting and Analysis — We’ll assess whether and where RFID makes sense for your operations, and we’ll design a customized solution rather than a one-size-fits-all template.
- On-site testing — we’ll verify the functionality and reliability of the technology directly in your environment before a final decision is made.
- Custom software and hardware design —ranging from standard applications (RFID Visualizer, Edit&Kill, FX Collector) to custom software and the integration of our middleware, which processes data from readers and prepares it for your information system—ERP. WMS, MES….
- Deployment and Support — full implementation, team training, and long-term technical support.
Are you having trouble identifying goods, products, or documents?
We’re here for you.
RFID is just one tool—we see its real value when we integrate it with your processes. That’s why we don’t stop at a single application; instead, we address entire areas:
Warehouses
Accurate inventory tracking, faster inventory counts, and fewer errors during receiving and issuing.
Manufacturing
Real-time tracking of materials and work in progress.
Logistics
Automated identification during shipping, transportation, and handling of goods.
Stock-taking
Several times faster and more accurate than scanning barcodes.
Commerce
An overview of merchandise from receipt and display on the sales floor through to the actual sale.
Our RFID Applications.
These are some of the tools we have developed based directly on our practical experience:
RFID Visualizer
A Windows application used to monitor RFID tags detected by an antenna, which also serves as a powerful tool for diagnosing RFID environments.
RFID Edit&Kill
An Android app for working with UHF RFID technology right from your Android device? Our RFID Edit & Kill app is exactly what you need
FX Collector
The application allows you to manage communication with multiple ZEBRA RFID readers simultaneously and store the collected data from RFID tags in an SQL database. You can set up automated processes using the readers’ GPIO interface, track the direction of tag movement, and much more. Developers can use the API to monitor application behavior and collect data directly…..
Return Check
Tracking the Movement of Returnable Containers The manufacturing process can be understood as a series of activities that must follow one another…
Proven in practice.
At the Adient Slovakia (Lučenec), we implemented RFID verification directly on the foam parts production line and ensured 100% quality of shipped products—no item with a damaged or incorrectly recorded RFID tag leaves the warehouse. We delivered the complete solution (including a POKA YOKE inspection station and a shipping gate with an RFID reader) in about 8 weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the difference between RFID and a barcode?
RFID does not require a direct line of sight to the code and can read dozens of tags at once, which is an advantage, for example, when scanning an entire pallet at once. Barcodes, on the other hand, are cheaper per unit and are still sufficient in situations where items need to be scanned sequentially, one by one.
What is UHF RFID?
UHF (Ultra High Frequency) is the most common type of RFID used in logistics and manufacturing—it can read tags from a distance of several meters, which allows it, for example, to automatically read an entire pallet of goods as it passes through a gate.
How long does it take to implement an RFID solution?
From 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the volume of operations.
Can RFID be integrated with our ERP/WMS system?
Yes, we integrate most of our solutions directly with the customer’s existing information system.
Do you only develop software, or do you also develop hardware?
We provide a complete solution—hardware (readers, antennas, tags), software, as well as training and support.
