Which card readers does FX Collector support?
FX Collector is built on Zebra network-based RFID readers. If you’re planning to use other devices, please contact us—we can discuss it.
How does the licensing work?
You’ll receive FX Collector as a one-time license based on the package you choose. The first year of updates and support is included in the price; after that, you can renew your annual support—with no obligation to continue paying if you don’t want to.
Can this be integrated into our existing system?
Yes. The Business and Enterprise plans provide real-time access to data via the API, so you can build your own integration with an ERP or WMS, or we can help you with that.
How long does implementation take?
Both the Start and Business packages can be deployed immediately upon receipt of the license—you can implement the software on your own. If you are interested in our implementation services or hardware delivery (readers, accessories), the scope and timeline will be agreed upon individually based on the number of locations and the complexity of the implementation.
Can we start small and expand later?
