FX Collector is a web-based application designed for efficient real-time management and tracking of UHF RFID tags. It enables centralized management of multiple Zebra RFID readers. The user is provided with a clear and intuitive interface where they can monitor the status of individual devices, track communications and respond instantly to incoming RFID tags.
Site organisation and reliable data storage
The application allows you to define individual “places” – each place represents a specific physical location where it is located RFID reader or a group of readers. These locations can be subdivided by production halls, warehouse zones, loading bays or other areas, simplifying data navigation and enabling precise filtering by location. Working with a large number of counters thus remains clear and efficient.
The captured data from RFID tags is automatically stored in a structured SQL database, which provides reliable and systematic data storage. This database is optimized for fast retrieval and easy management, while also supporting connection to external systems or analytical tools. Thanks to this open architecture, RFID data can be fully integrated into the existing enterprise infrastructure.
In addition, this data is also displayed directly in the application via a clear web interface. This gives the user instant access to current and historical records without the need for direct access to the database – simply via the browser, with the ability to filter, sort and analyse in real time.
Advanced filtering, exports and automated responses
FX Collector offers powerful filtering options – the user can display tags according to multiple criteria. Results can be instantly exported to Excel (XLSX) format, simplifying report creation or further analysis. The user has the ability to work selectively – he can display only those tags of interest based on default masks or code prefixes, or load all tags in range without restriction, which is especially useful when mapping material flows or testing coverage.
In addition, FX Collector allows automated responses to capture specific tags to be defined via the readers’ GPIO interface. This means that the system can, for example, activate a light alarm, an audible alert, or open a gate when a particular tag appears in the space. More complex condition processing scenarios are also supported, including tag combinations or time constraints.
