Facility VP550 can print at up to 1600 dpi resolution and at speeds that can typically handle hundreds of labels in minutes. In practice, this means that food, cosmetics, chemical and e-commerce manufacturers can print self-adhesive labels in-house without waiting for an external supplier. Printing is possible on a variety of materials (paper and synthetic) and thanks to waterproof ink the prints are also suitable for humid or chilled environments. The biggest advantage of this solution is the ability to react instantly, each label can contain different information (date, batch, language, barcode).
