Graphic Outputs
Data is collected directly from the machine, allowing the information to be presented in real time. The collected data needs to be presented and processed appropriately, which is where the system’s graphic outputs come into play. With graphic outputs, it is possible to obtain an overall overview of production, a summary of downtimes (when, why, and what type of downtime occurred), information about production cycles, and an overview of the operation of individual machine parts. The system also addresses electricity consumption, providing an overview of consumption from a specific machine, production line, or the entire building. ZAPSI also offers an overview of other connected inputs, such as speed, temperature, pressure, etc. The system provides statistical data such as Pareto charts of downtimes by duration, statistical graphs of machine status, statistical graphs of downtimes, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
