Based on the requirements and a subsequent thorough analysis conducted directly at the site of our long-term client Faurecia (now Forvia), we developed the <a href=\"http:\/\/mobilneriesenia.sk\/monitorovanie-toku-vyroby\/\">Production Monitoring Board  solution.  <\/a>  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"SK\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bartech.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/PDAScreenOut.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1328 size-medium alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/bartech.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/PDAScreenOut-201x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"201\" height=\"300\"><\/a>The proposed system enables the tracking of shipments\u2014including loading and unloading\u2014of transport carts carrying components for specific vehicles based on orders from the Volkswagen manufacturing plant. These trolleys are placed directly from production into so-called TPA zones in the order specified in the orders, from which they are subsequently shipped to the customer. The system controls and records the movement of each transport unit\u2014from storage in the TPA zone, through shipment via a specific truck, to receipt by the recipient\u2014VW.     <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"SK\">Since the company faces significant financial penalties for any delay or hold-up on the production line caused by a failure to follow the delivery sequence, the supply to the production line must be continuous. At the same time, the required sequence of transport units must also be followed. Therefore, in  <\/span><span lang=\"SK\">  In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., a problem with the carrier, a drop in inventory levels\u2026), alerts are automatically generated for the responsible staff members.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"SK\">In addition to visual indicators on the information display in the production area, order picking from TPA zones is also signaled by flashing lights above each zone, which prevents trucks from being loaded incorrectly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The need to access process information from any device and any location was addressed by deploying a web application in the cloud, which gives us, as the vendor, the ability to provide fast, remotely support and maintain the system without having to wait for the customer\u2019s IT staff to make the server available.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"SK\">Employees who track individual shipping units use portable PDA terminals with a data connection to a cloud server.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bartech.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Faurecia_nastenka.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3642 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/bartech.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/Faurecia_nastenka.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"420\" height=\"230\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bartech.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/TPA_Sklady-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1325\" src=\"https:\/\/bartech.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/TPA_Sklady-1-300x199.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"378\" height=\"250\"><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-8908","pripadove","type-pripadove","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v23.1 (Yoast SEO v26.3) -
