1. Design and durability

• At first glance, the TC51 looks like a regular phone with a 5-inch display. But don’t be fooled.
• Drop Resistance: can withstand repeated drops to concrete from a height of 1.2 metres.
• IP67 protection: the device is completely dustproof and can survive short-term immersion in water.
• Gorilla Glass: the display and scanner window are protected against scratches and breakage.

2. High-end scanning

• Unlike conventional mobile phones that scan through the camera (which is slow and impractical), Zebra has an integrated professional 2D scanner.
• Reads damaged, dirty or poorly printed barcodes right the first time.
• Thanks to the wide working range, the worker does not have to “aim” quite accurately, which significantly speeds up the work in logistics.

3. Power and battery

• The terminal runs on Android, which means that employees need almost no training – operation is intuitive.
• PowerPrecision+ battery: Provides power for an entire work shift (up to 14 hours). In addition, the battery is replaceable on the fly without shutting down the machine.
• Fast connectivity:High-end Wi-Fi with fast roaming support ensures your connection won’t be interrupted, even when moving around a large warehouse.

4. Mobility DNA

• Zebra is adding a software package to the hardware called Mobility DNA. This turns standard Android into an enterprise system:
• DataWedge: sends scanned data directly to your applications without the need for programming.
• StageNow: Allows you to configure hundreds of devices at once by simply scanning a barcode.
• Enhanced security: regular updates that regular Android phones often don’t get.

• Future Ready (Android 16): unlike older models, the WS301 is built on a more modern platform with a Qualcomm QC2290 processor. It offers longevity with support for operating system updates up to Android 16, ensuring the security of your investment for years to come.
• Superior connectivity: the device supports the latest standards such as Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3, ensuring stable connectivity even in busy, crowded warehouse environments.
• Compact AMOLED display: the 2-inch high-brightness touchscreen display provides good readability and allows contextual information (e.g. product photo or instructions) to be displayed directly in the worker’s field of view.
• Modular flexibility: the WS301 adapts to the task. It can be worn on the wrist, on two fingers, on the back of the hand or attached to clothing with a clip.
• Integrated scanner and camera: includes a powerful 2D imager (SE4770) for fast code scanning and a 13 MP camera, e.g. for photo documentation of damaged goods.

The Honeywell CT70 is one of the first industrial devices on the market to natively support the Wi-Fi 7 standard along with 5G.

• Wi-Fi 7 in the warehouse: in high device density environments (automated warehouses, robots, hundreds of terminals) Wi-Fi 7 dramatically reduces latency and increases connection stability. This means fewer outages and faster system response.
• 5G in the field: for delivery drivers and service technicians, 5G offers lightning-fast data transfers, which is crucial for real-time tracking of shipments or video calls with headquarters.
